Structure de base : bentonite et membrane polym\u00e8re continue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GCL : des poudres\/granules de bentonite \u00e0 base de sodium sont utilis\u00e9es comme support absorbant l'eau et gonflant, et des g\u00e9otextiles tiss\u00e9s ou non tiss\u00e9s sont recouverts sur le dessus et le dessous, et sont compos\u00e9s en rouleaux par aiguilletage, couture ou collage ; ils gonflent dans l'eau pour former une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 faible perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et peuvent s'auto-obturer dans les microfissures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e9omembrane : Une feuille de polym\u00e8re continue (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement HDPE, LLDPE, PVC, EPDM, etc.), d'une \u00e9paisseur d'environ 0,5 \u00e0 3 mm, qui est imperm\u00e9able gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 en vrac extr\u00eamement faible ; des soudures sont n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la g\u00e9omembrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 et capacit\u00e9 d'auto-\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La conductivit\u00e9 hydraulique typique d'un GCL de haute qualit\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement hydrat\u00e9 peut atteindre ~5\u00d710-\u00b9\u00b9m\/s. La bentonite gonfle lorsqu'elle est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 l'eau, peut remplir les micropores et a un certain effet d'auto-gu\u00e9rison sur les petits points de perforation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 apparente de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bsdnonwoven.com\/product\/hdpe-geomembrane-2\/\">G\u00e9omembrane HDPE<\/a> est extr\u00eamement faible, environ ~1\u00d710-\u00b9\u00b3m\/s. Si le mat\u00e9riau de la membrane est intact, il peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une barri\u00e8re presque imperm\u00e9able. Mais si des trous ou des d\u00e9fauts de soudure apparaissent, ils doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9s manuellement, et le mat\u00e9riau lui-m\u00eame ne se cicatrise pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Adaptabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l'environnement chimique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une forte teneur en sel et en cations divalents (Ca\u00b2\u207a, Mg\u00b2\u207a) peut inhiber l'expansion de la bentonite et augmenter la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 du GCL. Les exp\u00e9riences montrent que la conductivit\u00e9 hydraulique du GCL peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e de 1 \u00e0 3 ordres de grandeur dans des solutions ayant une force ionique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et des tests de compatibilit\u00e9 chimique sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les g\u00e9omembranes HDPE conservent une bonne stabilit\u00e9 chimique dans divers environnements acides, alcalins, salins et organiques. Elles sont donc largement utilis\u00e9es dans les projets de stockage de d\u00e9chets dangereux, de lixiviation mini\u00e8re et de d\u00e9chets liquides industriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Contrainte, recouvrement et durabilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus la pression de couverture externe est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le volume de bentonite GCL est stable, plus les pores sont petits et plus la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 est r\u00e9duite. Sous des contraintes de centaines de kPa, le chemin d'\u00e9coulement hydrodynamique du GCL est raccourci et l'infiltration est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les g\u00e9omembranes en PEHD ont des exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la perforation, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fissuration sous contrainte et de stabilit\u00e9 aux UV. Le vieillissement et le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 des soudures doivent \u00eatre pris en compte dans les conditions d'exposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Efficacit\u00e9 de l'installation et de la construction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rouleaux de GCL sont \u00e9tal\u00e9s rapidement, et de la poudre de bentonite peut \u00eatre saupoudr\u00e9e dans la zone de chevauchement pour renforcer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. Les exigences en mati\u00e8re de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la couche de base sont relativement tol\u00e9rantes, ce qui convient \u00e0 une couverture rapide \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle ou \u00e0 des zones au relief complexe. L'\u00e9quipe de construction doit faire preuve d'une grande exp\u00e9rience, et la p\u00e9riode de construction ainsi que les co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre sont relativement importants. Une fois les travaux termin\u00e9s, les performances anti-infiltration sont excellentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Choix de l'application : Quand utiliser la GCL et quand utiliser les g\u00e9omembranes ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le GCL est plus appropri\u00e9 pour : la couverture de d\u00e9charge (cap), l'anti-infiltration de faible hauteur des canaux\/plans d'eau, les zones manquant de ressources en argile, les projets n\u00e9cessitant des couches minces pour \u00e9conomiser la capacit\u00e9 de stockage, et les couches de barri\u00e8re secondaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les g\u00e9omembranes sont plus adapt\u00e9es au stockage de d\u00e9chets dangereux et de d\u00e9chets industriels liquides, aux bassins de lixiviation en tas dans les mines, aux bassins de r\u00e9sidus, aux bassins d'eau potable et d'eaux us\u00e9es, aux environnements chimiques soumis \u00e0 de fortes contraintes et aux principaux syst\u00e8mes anti-infiltrations qui n\u00e9cessitent une longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Syst\u00e8me composite de lutte contre les infiltrations : G\u00e9omembrane + GCL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me moderne de protection contre les infiltrations de haut niveau adopte largement la structure composite \"g\u00e9omembrane sup\u00e9rieure + GCL inf\u00e9rieure\". La g\u00e9omembrane constitue une barri\u00e8re principale \u00e0 perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 quasi nulle. La GCL est auto-scell\u00e9e au niveau des perforations locales afin de r\u00e9duire les canaux de fuite. Cette combinaison permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement les fuites annuelles. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9 qu'elle est meilleure que la solution unique \"g\u00e9omembrane + argile compact\u00e9e\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8<\/strong>.
