Introduction of nonwoven geotextile fabric
Nonwoven polyester fabric is produced by needle-punched non-woven process with polyester staple fiber or PP as the main raw material. Short-filament needle-punched woven and nonwoven fabrics is a permeable geosynthetic material made of synthetic fiber by needle-punching or weaving. The finished product is in cloth shape, generally with a width of 1-6 meters and a length of 50-200 meters.
Features of short-filament needle-punched geotextile nonwoven fabric
- Corrosion resistance, soil with different pH valuesis long-term corrosion-resistant in water
- Good water permeability, there are gaps between flat wires, and it has good water permeability;
- Good anti-microbial property, it is not damaged by microorganisms and insects;
- The material is soft, so it is easy to transport, lay and construct.
Function of woven and nonwoven fabrics
Nonwoven geotextile fabric has excellent filtering, isolation, reinforcement and protection functions, high tensile strength, good permeability, high temperature resistance, freezing resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application fields of nonwoven polyester fabric:
1.Used in infrastructure engineering fields such as subways, highways, railways, tunnels, dams, municipal engineering, building drainage, slopes, and river management.
2.Environmental protection and anti-seepage engineering fields such as landfills, fly ash landfills, tailings slag fields, hazardous waste, solid waste slag fields, thermal power plant ash yards, reservoirs, and water storage tanks.
