Bosida Successfully Introduces a Leading Domestic Needle-Punched Nonwoven Production Line

To continuously enhance product quality and technological capabilities, Bosida Nonwoven Co., Ltd. officially launched a new intelligent needle-punched nonwoven production line in December 2024. This cutting-edge equipment, adopting top-tier domestic manufacturing technology, marks a significant step forward in the company’s industrial upgrade.  

The newly introduced production line integrates multiple innovative technologies:  

– A precision temperature control system ensures a heating accuracy of ±1°C, guaranteeing uniform material heating.  

– An intelligent needle-punching unit increases operating speed to 1.3 times the industry average, enhancing product density while effectively reducing energy consumption.  

– An online quality monitoring system tracks 12 key product indicators in real time, working alongside an automated sorting system, which boosts the product qualification rate to over 99.6%.  

The new production line is capable of manufacturing products with weights ranging from 80 to 800 g/m², catering to customized demands in environmental filtration, geotechnical materials, and automotive interiors. Performance testing shows that the new products exhibit a 15-20% improvement in key metrics such as longitudinal tensile strength and dimensional stability, while delivery times have been shortened by 30%.  

The company’s general manager stated, “This equipment upgrade is a crucial move to meet the growing demand for precision manufacturing in the market. We will continue to track industry advancements and create greater value for our customers.” Currently, the new production line is operating at full capacity, with an expected annual output of 12,000 tons, providing a solid foundation for the company’s expansion into the high-end market.
