Q1: Are the geotextiles you produce compliant with international engineering standards? 

A1: Our geotextiles strictly adhere to international standards and have passed SGS certification. They are suitable for demanding engineering environments such as water conservancy and road construction, while supporting customized parameters to meet diverse project requirements.

Q2: What filtration efficiency can your automotive air filter materials achieve? 

A2: Our filter needle punch nonwoven utilize multi-layer composite needle-punching technology, achieving PM2.5 filtration efficiency ≥95%. Third-party test reports are available upon request.

Q3: What is the weight range for clothing fill needle-punched cotton? Do you support flame-retardant or antibacterial treatments? 

A3: Our needle-punched nonwoven fabric for apparel offers offer 80-500g/㎡ weight options and support flame-retardant additives or silver-ion antibacterial treatments. Custom functional filling materials can be tailored to your needs.

Q4: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you accept small trial orders? 

A4: Regular products require a 1-ton MOQ, while customized products start at 3 tons. We provide 500kg trial orders for new clients to validate product compatibility.

Q5: How long is the production lead time? Can urgent orders be expedited? 

A5: Standard orders take 7-10 days. Expedited orders can be completed within 3-5 days, with specifics negotiated based on order volume and technical complexity.

Q6: Do you offer OEM/ODM services? What is the customization process? 

A6: We provide full customization from fiber ratio, thickness, color to functional coatings. The workflow is: Demand confirmation → Sampling (5-7 working days) → Sample approval → Mass production.

Q7: How do you ensure moisture-proof and damage-resistant packaging? Can we designate a freight forwarder? 

A7: We use waterproof PE film + wooden pallet reinforcement, with inland transportation loss rate <0.3%. Clients may appoint freight forwarders, and we also offer DDP/DAP full-process logistics services.

Q8: How to verify product quality? Do you support third-party inspections? 

A8: We provide free sample testing. Pre-shipment third-party inspections (SGS/BV) can be arranged, with inspection standards and costs specified in the contract.

Q9: Can you customize geotextiles with special weights and thicknesses? 

A9: We support customization for 80-1500g/㎡ weights and 0.5m-7m widths, with UV resistance and high tear strength treatments. We’ve delivered tailored geosynthetic solutions for 30+ global infrastructure projects.

Q10: Can you provide product performance test reports? 

A10: Each batch includes test reports covering tensile strength, breathability, and filtration efficiency. Third-party re-inspection is supported to ensure transparent and credible data.
